I ordered a birds milk cake on uber eats from them. The cake is absolutely beautiful. It's one of my favorite childhood cakes, but not all bakeries know how to make it. I hope to visit their store in person soon. I may not be Armenian, but I have always loved their pastries and cake. The cake was not dry or overly sweet, the chocolate ganache is decadent and velvety, and the amount of layers this cake has makes it absolutely beautiful. While birds milk cake may not look that impressive in terms of decorations, piping, or fruit; but it shines because of the quality of ingredients, the thin layering of cream and cake, and taste. Please give them a try, you will definitely not be disappointed. 😄

I didn’t want to leave a bad review because I stop by here from time to time to buy bread. Unfortunately, the service is consistently disappointing. This morning I walked in, and no one greeted me or acknowledged me. The employee was busy taking photos of a cake instead of helping customers. I ended up leaving without buying anything. Good products, but customer service needs improvement.

some of the pastries tasted like there was perfume on them... the orher things are decent... but i wasn*t empressed... the service was okay... i*ve gone a few times and i honestly want to find another spot for those kind of treats. i don*t eat them often anyhow... they are beautiful in presentation. What was actually delicious and worth mentioning was the meringue like cookies with cream and walnuts and butter mixture in between smashed together like a little meringue sandwich. that was so delicious. very light in flavor. not too heavy. not too sweet...

I ordered a birthday cake from this pastry shop for the first time, and it exceeded all my expectations. It was exactly what I wanted—excellent quality, incredibly tasty, and most importantly, very fresh (which is especially important for cream cakes). The staff was also very polite and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend!

I ’ve struggled with whether to write this review because I genuinely love Masis Bakery’s pastries—especially the bird milk pastry, which is the reason I’ve returned so many times. The quality of the baked goods is excellent, and that makes this experience all the more disappointing. Unfortunately, nearly every time I visit, I am made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome by the staff. There is a consistent sense that I am not supposed to be there ordering from them. The interactions are cold, dismissive, and at times openly uncomfortable. Over time, this has led me to significantly reduce how often I visit, which is painful because I truly enjoy the food. Whether intentional or not, the result is the same: a loyal customer pushed away. No patron should feel discriminated against or made to feel out of place because of the color of their skin or their nationality. Businesses serve the public, and with that comes a responsibility to treat all customers with basic dignity and respect. My hope in writing this is not to tear down a local business, but to encourage reflection and growth. Burbank is a diverse city, and its businesses should reflect openness to cultural exchange rather t
